Kyushu 6: Shimabara Castle 島原城

Just another castle... (I think there were too many castles in our tour). This one, located in Nagasaki,  was constructed in 1616 and contained a lot of exhibits from the period of Christianity suppression.
又是另一座城（我們的行程也太多了吧！？都看起來大同小異） 。這座島原城位於長崎縣，1616建成。裡面的展覽品大多是基督教禁止時的雕像，記錄等。

Heck! They even have dances in front of the castle to welcome visitors!!!

We also visited the samurai village at the outskirts of the castle. These were homes to those who had served the feudal lords. The lower the rank, the further his house was from the castle. Water channels that run through the village carried portable water in the past and people could drink from it. Now we are skeptical about it. Many houses are now occupied by residents and there are signs to warn tourists not to trespass private property or make loud noises.
我們也參觀周圍的武士村。離城堡越遠就表示職位越低。穿越武士村的水道以前是能飲用的乾淨水，但是現在就不知道乾不乾淨了。因為有些房子現在已變成私宅，所以不時會有告示牌警告遊客不能闖入私宅或製造噪音。

Mannequins were positioned at various rooms to recreate the "in those days" atmosphere. Creepy... ...
