When the CEO makes a mistake in US VS Japan
My friend and I were discussing about the behaviour of a CEO when a crisis occur. We concluded that CEOs in US generally stick on until they are forced down by the shareholders and CEOs in Japan will either say "We are deeply sorry" or simply just resign, leaving the mess to whomever takes over.
