Sanrio Puroland
I would not have come here if not for my friend who was into Little Twin Stars from Sanrio...
This is actually an indoor amusement park that is quite big so you do not need to buy tickets in advance like other museums (such as Ghibli and Doraemon). Weekend tickets are slightly more expensive and you can actually buy at flat rate of SG$33 at JTB in Singapore.
They were celebrating their 25th anniversary of pinkness overkill.
Inside is a large space around a wisdom tree. Unfortunately the boat ride (maybe the only ride) in the park was closed. Visitors look like mostly Japanese girls and foreign tourists.
Yes shops everywhere! Will my money go to My Melody, Twin Star or Kitty!?!?
Feel free to sit down on a character sofa while you think!
Not a fan of My Melody but the decoration was nice~
Pink pink everywhere!
What if... the person inside the My Melody costume was a GUY!?
P.S. The girls were actually fan girls all dressed up for their trip, they do not work at Puroland though I think they have potential for it.
The top floor self-service restaurant was quite nicely decorated too.
Though curry can be overly artificially coloured...
I ordered western meal, it was ok!
Tastes ok but picture perfect dessert ;P
I think my money went to My Melody in the end.
They have a parade too like Disneyland and the acrobatic performance was awesome!
Outside was still drizzling so we caught this double rainbow. Although this place is 1.5 hour ride from Tokyo, it was quite fun and we spent the entire day there.
