    BTW, there are many places where cleaners, janitors, waste collectors dressed like a hardcore gentleman :) But in general, You are right, it is not often happens to meet neatly dressed cleaner.

    1. Not only. There are many business centers where cleaners have dress code.
      More other, some agencies, providing cleaner services, have option for dress code.

      From the other side, I saw quite 'american' looking cleanres in Kumamoto airport facility: guys looking like a hobo but in uniform aprons and hats.
