Yoga can answer important life questions!

I used to envy people who could do those difficult arm balances and inversions and tried my best to do them too. But after injuring my upper back late last year due to overwork and bad drawing posture, I’ve gradually learnt to take it easy.

The real scare this Halloween... or actually every day!

I used to focus on what other people have and what I don’t have, such as money, followers and even good book sales. I felt demotivated and discouraged. I forgot to see what I already have all along, fans who have been supporting me on Patreon for many years, fans who always bought my books and bought even more to give to their friends. Once I feel grateful about what I already have, I began to feel more positive and happy. I hope my readers too, will feel the same ☀️

Of course, please remember to bring along these folded triangle plastic bags with you to reuse!

We don't need to give up meat completely but we certainly choose to eat less, either choosing vegetarian days or reduce overall!
