I suggest you visit a GP clinic doctor to get a primary assessment and then get a referral to the appropriate specialist or hospital for the checkup.

As for Chee ENT clinic, I only visited once to do the correct Epley's Maneuver. This maneuver is only effective for BPPV and not other conditions. http://www.cheeent.com/default.aspx?uc=7Evacomicshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03001049594351073991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5176594021472400446.post-62280400606617585562021-12-09T11:22:01.898+08:002021-12-09T11:22:01.898+08:00Hi, may I know how was the treatment at Chee ENT? ...Hi, may I know how was the treatment at Chee ENT? Did you have to visit the clinic multiple times or is it a single visit? Also, what is the estimated fees for the treatments.

I am also having frequent vertigo episodes and I would like to visit the clinic to check my condition. But he's much better and serious than the TTSH specialist. He held my head at the correct angles and durations and advised me not to tilt/bend down for 48 hours (I think). He also advised me to sleep at an angle for first night. Never reoccured since then.Evacomicshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03001049594351073991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5176594021472400446.post-90496265355479179972020-11-05T06:53:38.636+08:002020-11-05T06:53:38.636+08:00So it is the bbpv exercises that help? The therapist who saw me for the post-hospitalisation care told me that I was the 3rd person who has bppv due to headstand, so indeed this pose is not for everyone! From then on I never tried any sort of inversion except for shoulder stand.Evacomicshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03001049594351073991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5176594021472400446.post-69537346219397891722017-02-11T00:19:50.932+08:002017-02-11T00:19:50.932+08:00I had the same bppv after yoga headstand practice....I had the same bppv after yoga headstand practice.
